You don't have to go all out like this - Inviting seven other crews (and Skippers and line crew). Organising a bowling league, prizes and a curry back at the Club. Just bring your crew along for a slap up meal..

Anyway enough of the marketing. What a great night was had. Fifty people gathered at Superbowl to start the evening. After a practice game the all important scoring game was played. With the scores kept secret, everyone emptied out back to the club. Where, Kev and galley crew had slaved away on a superb Thai curry. With most diners taking the rice and chips option there wasn't a lot left.

Full stomachs, drinks in hand ,the results. Wait I forgot, a short discourse on the superior choice of wines chosen for the prizes including which to chose if you won. Dan scored the most and naturally followed the advice and chose the clearly better wine. Andy, Jim, Steve and Richard also collected bottles of wine scores. Donations were made to the club and RNLI with the unspent monies.

Several rounds of Hoy, Catch Phrase and a music quiz  followed the presentations to close the evening. Our thanks to Ashley and John for their organisation, to Jon for the Music quiz, Alan for organising the games, Kev and helpers for yet another great meal and Frank, Jon and Chris for serving the thirsty crews.
