Headline dates in England, for those looking to get on the water are:-

No earlier than the 8th March
Private boat owners may be able to access and use their open to air vessels.

No earlier than the 29th March
Private enclosed vessels can be used, accessed and raced.
At all times maintaining social distancing and limits on numbers.

The RYA have provided (specific to water sports) advice
for each step in the Government's Road Map
(complete with a FAQ section available here)

No earlier than 17th May sports clubs could open
(with table service only for meals including drinks).

21st June at the earliest before sports clubs can fully open without restrictions.

Closer to these dates PYC will be in touch
with specific details for our club.

Remember boatyards, premises and others may have different restrictions
to adhere to. As always be considerate to others.
