SailGP is thrilled to be coming to Plymouth to race on the 16th and 17th of July.

This is a really exciting opportunity for both the community, young aspiring sailors and to showcase the incredible sailing waters in Plymouth.

For those taking part it will be a once in a lifetime opportunity and we hope that this will drive a new wave of passion in Plymouth. All of the SailGP teams have adopted a Plymouth club that serves young aspiring sailors.

Plym Yacht Club

Has Been Adopted By Team New Zealand

There are some exciting opportunities that come with the adoption and we are working with Team New Zealand to bring these to fruition.

The first opportunity is for a mixed team of our youth dinghy sailors to represent the club and Team New Zealand in the Inspire RS Feva Regatta
which will run alongside the SailGP racing.
Peter and Ellie will be sailing their absolute best to race well at the event and
I am sure that all PYC members will wish them both well.
