PYC Friday Night Series Race 3

Plym Yacht Club Series 2 Race Three

June 18th 2021

Race Officer - Roger Bloomfield

With light winds from the South West of 10 to 12 knots the weather continued its pattern of earlier races.

A sort course was set with three rounds of Melampas, North West Winter and the Mallards. Running the gauntlet of those that wanted to see the football and those that wanted to race the night away all three were completed.

It was good to see PYC cadet Jake Brian on the start line helping out the other volunteers. Hopefully the start of a trend where Covid rules will allow.

Pictures always make the news and these were provided by Naomi from onboard Scallywag.
