Very Important PLEASE READ carefully.
As we are all only too aware, the world is still trying to deal with the Covid 19 Pandemic and the guidance and regulations are a moving feast. We were hoping to be able to invite every one back to the Club without any restrictions in place but that is not to be.
Our risk assessments allow for the concept of a post sailing “Picnic” with each crew on their own sail/blanket socially distanced or at a reduced number of tables in the Club House !!!! NUMBERS ARE LIMITED
WE HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL TO USE THE GREEN BUT RESTRICTED TO 30
Following sailing on Saturday Coastal crews/families/bubbles return to the Club, collect your Buffet and Prize then go to an allocated Table or Picnic Blanket. The numbers we can accommodate in the Club are limited and Covid compliance control measures are in place, which will limit the availability of the normal PYC hospitality slightly.
It Is Very Important that you follow any SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES or REQUESTS FROM CLUB OFFICIALS AS SPACE IN THE CLUB IS LIMITED
It will also be possible to “Collect and Go” for those we are unable to accommodate or wanting to Self Isolate.
Our house team NEED to know in advance who is planning to come back and their group makeup/size of Covid Bubble or let us know if you want to “COLLECT & GO”
